Location: Southport / Merseyside
Position: Full Time Permanent position – Excellent Opportunities.
Hours: Between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday (shift basis)
Salary: £14,000 - £15,000 pro rata (dependant on experience)
Holidays: 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays
RTA / Hire and repair experience essential
Our client at GRO has an established business and they are currently seeking to fill a vacancy in their expanding claims department.
Duties would include:
• All aspects of the motor claims process
• Including taking incoming calls from claimants recording the claims information into a database
• Offering advice and guidance to the claimant
• Liaison with third parties such as insurance companies etc
• Knowledge of the motor insurance industry would be an advantage along with RTA / Hire and repair
• You would be working as part of a dedicated team of advisers in a rewarding and professional environment
• The positions may involve some evening working on a rota basis.
