To maintain and develop existing account relationships, as part of a defined panel of accounts, to an agreed sales plan.
Main tasks within the role:
Make proactive outgoing sales calls on a daily basis with target accounts to strengthen relationships and promote the product proposition
Develop an appropriate business plan to maximise sales with senior level influencers and sellers to maximise business results from panel of accounts
Develop and maintain an understanding of internal & external customer needs in order to assist the Company in meeting its’ business objectives
Understand and adhere to Company and Industry compliance standards
Positively articulate company products, propositions and marketing messages for existing and any new developments.
Undertake a number of administrative, customer and market facing tasks in support of a wider set of PSL business objectives such as activation calls and fact find calls, researching market, product development research and pricing details on an adhoc basis
Handle all inbound group calls from the call centre
Assist in Inertia (quotation software) training and actively target other sellers in a business to train.
