We are currently recruiting for customer service advisors who are available to work full time hours between 9am and 9pm.
The successful candidate would be responsible for managing domestic emergency/breakdown insurance claims. The role involves: -
•Receives and makes outbound calls to customers and contractors
•Determines the nature of the call
•Making the appropriate cover decision and provides accurate and relevant information and advice to the customer.
•Undertaking follow-up action at the end of the call.
•Records the nature of the call and contact details accurately
•Participation in regular coaching sessions with Team Manager
•Ensures own knowledge is current and up to date

The successful candidate would also require experience of working in a customer facing or contact centre environment dealing with customers who require a degree of empathy and reassurance under difficult and or emergency situations.
