Our client is searching for experienced customer service agents to work within their call centre. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers making claims on their home insurance. You will need to be a good listener and have excellent communication skills in order to handle the calls appropriately.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) on a rolling rota. Shifts are scheduled between 9am and 9pm. Some weekends shifts are included in the rota.
Successful applicants will need experience working in customer service.
