We are searching for individuals to join our client's team of inbound call centre executives. No experience is necessary as full training is provided!
Your job will consist of taking inbound calls and dealing with customer's home insurance claims. Essential skills include empathy, problem solving skills, strong communication skills, and basic IT skills. You will deal with customers claims from start to finish and ensure they receive excellent service throughout their claim process.
This position is full-time with shifts scheduled between 9am and 9pm. Some weekends are included in the shift pattern. Candidates will need to be flexible and be willing to commit to these hours.
You will work 40 hours per week on a rate of £6.12
