A purchase ledger clerk with previous experience is required to work in a large public sector organisation in Blackburn.
The role will involve all aspects of ledger maintenance; you will be responsible for a variety of duties and be working in an energetic and lively office. You will be joining a busy team due to the expansion of the finance department, and you will have the opportunity to work in an up and coming organisation, with strong prospects of progression.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in matching, batching and coding invoices, used to high volume data input and updating of records. You will also deal with customer and supplier queries and assist in the payment process. Ideally you will have assisted with bank and statement reconciliations.
