Our client, an established national PLC is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated and a good team player who is comfortable working in a fast changing environment. Previous experience of working within an office / customer service environment is essential together with a good standard of computer literacy and an excellent telephone manner.Responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, coordinating services with third party companies, updating the database, dealing with general correspondence and customer queries. In addition a good working knowledge of MS office packages would be an advantage.
