- Full Description:
The role is to place young people with employers ideally leading to an apprenticeship/full time job. Ideally the successful applicant would have proven interview skills together with strong employer links in the relevant area. The successfully applicant will have experience or qualifications working with 16 - 19 year olds. Teaching skills would be advantageous. The individual could be dealing with behavioural problems, family problems and individual support. We are looking for an individual who is strong, sympathetic and good at installing discipline.
