We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors in Preston!
Fantastic opportunities have arisen for career focused individuals looking to develop their customer service skills within an established and professional organisation. The role is full-time and will be working 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 3pm – 12am.
Your role will involve receiving and dealing with inbound customer queries regarding Home Emergencies such as electrical, plumbing gas or drainage faults. You will be responsible for providing accurate information to the customer as well as troubleshooting, trying to resolve the issue before arranging to send out an engineer. You will be required to deal with claims and handle all queries in a polite and professional manner.
Salary is £12750 increasing to £13500 after 12 weeks – An out of hours bonus is also offered.
6 weeks training is also provided.
Applicants must have the following skills to be selected for this role:-
· Excellent communication skills
· A calm and helpful approach towards customers and colleagues
· Previous experience of dealing with customers either face to face or over the telephone
· Excellent Problem Solving skills
