We are looking to recruit Team Managers for within the insurance claims environment of a contact centre based near Blackpool Airport. The role will involve leading a team of up to 12 advisors ensuring the best performance is achieved through development and coaching.

If you have experience of managing a team, good leadership skills and can negotiate and be assertive we would like to hear from you. A Law degree, ILEX or CII examinations would be desirable as would previous customer care experience.
