(ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT & PERSONAL INJURY)
Location: Southport Area
Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm –Monday to Friday
Salary: c£20,000 to £25,000 plus great bonus
Holidays: 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays
Case Load: 100 - 120 files
Our client at GRO is currently seeking an experienced Road Traffic Accident Personal Injury Legal Executive. A great opportunity to work for a nationwide legal practice that provides a complete non-fault personal injury claimant service, specialising in road traffic accident claims. The practice is based in a modern office environment and has been established for approximately 20 years. This client offers their employees excellent opportunities!
You should have a minimum of 2 years RTA/PI experience in fast track. Along with the following experience:
• Litigating on behalf of clients who wish to claim compensation and who have suffered injury and financial losses as a result of a road traffic accident.
• Should be capable of dealing with Small/Fast Track claims to Trial or Final Hearing and Infant Settlement to Final Hearing.
• Must be able to conduct Case Management Conferences/basic applications.
• Must be ILEX qualified (Part 1 & 2) and/or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
• Should have case management system experience together with excellent typing speed/keyboard skills.
• Excellent client care skills are essential.
