Job Description
This modern hotel in Merseyside is looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie to join the brigade in its high quality kitchen.
This establishment would like to appoint a Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation of top quality meals. The ideal candidate should be an experienced CDP looking for a different challenge. You will need the ability to work well under pressure and be able to work well in a team. You should have a quality CDP background, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. You should be driven and ambitious, with a motivation to develop both the business and yourself.
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a good quality establishment at a Chef de Partie level. It is also necessary that applicants possess a food hygiene certificate.
In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
