Adecco Recruitment Preston are recruiting on behalf of the UK\'s leading firm of Financial Advisors. Reporting directly to the Centre Manager you will work in a sales team, making quality sales calls to customers who have recently shown an interest or received an information pack regarding a particular financial product. It is essential that you have a established professional approach, are able to build rapport and provide empathy to the client under sometimes financially difficult times. You will call the customer to encourage them to take up a free consultation with an Independent Financial Advisor. You must be able to demonstrate previous contact centre,call centre experience and have excellent customer service. On placing a call you will act with professionalism and represent the organisation to a very high standard, you will take details and ensure that the clients needs are met and the appropriate and relevant information is distributed quickly. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate excellent customer services and telephone manner,capture data accurately with a high attention to detail and who is looking for a career structure within a loyal company. Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm . Basic salary £15000 with uncapped bonus.20 days holiday,pension,life assurance,child care vouchers,discount to local gym,subsidised restaurant, and free parking.
