Adecco Recruitment in Preston Lancashire are looking for an IT Technical Support Analyst. Have you worked in telecommunications before ? Have you dealt with BT Eco and broadband faults before? Do you have the ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment ? Experience in using WLR,Broadband,Mobile,VOIP is essential. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager you will deal with technical broadband and BT line faults and general and queries and faults from the customers from receipt to completion, answer queries and deal with any issues that may arise in a professional and polite manner. With excellent attention to detail, organisational skills you must be able to prioritise workload and ultimately always but the customers needs first.
