Job Description
Inbound Claims Advisor - £6.50p/h - Fulwood, Preston
Are you passionate about Customer Service & a good problem solver ?
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers regarding their emergency home insurance. You will be troubleshooting over the phone, trying to resolve any queries and arranging for an engineer to go out and fix the problem.
Hours: Part Time Evenings and Weekends starting from 4pm Or Part Time Mornings and Weekends starting from 7am - Either 20 or 25 hour contract available.
To be selected for this role you must have experience working within a customer service environment along with:
