Description of Role

The main responsibilities of this role are to accurately maintain customer files on a daily basis. This will involve creating new files, retrieving and distributing information from different sources and maintaining confidential information.

Main Responsibilities

This role consists of many administrative duties such as the following:
• Opening and distributing incoming mail
• Logging information on our bespoke system
• Printing & packing any letters generated by the call centre
• Checking and ensuring that confidential information (on the system and documentation received) correspond and to distribute information where necessary
• Communicating internally to various departments and also to Creditors and Customers
• Photocopying, faxing and filing
• Sending confidential information to clients, together with letter and texts requesting relevant documentation
• Working through task lists on a daily basis

Job Details

• Successful candidates will be based in Fairclough House, Adlington
• Starting salary - £11,500 for the probationary period, rising to £12,000 once the probationary period is complete – typically after three months.
