| Quantity Surveyor- North West- Consultancy- Competitive Salary My client is one of the fastest growing construction consultancies in the country, they have office spread throughout the UK and are involved in a number of prestigious projects throughout Europe. There portfolio of Clients is extensive and spans a wide range of sectors including Education, Transport, Health, Residential, Retail, Local Authority and Arts & Leisure. They require a highly motivated, energetic Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience to join there cost consultancy teams. The roles will involve the delivery of a number of projects with a typical budget of between £0.5 and £30 million. Successful candidates will have experience of large, complex construction projects and of managing budgets and delivering on time and to cost and quality. Your application must provide evidence of examples of your experience in each of the following criteria:- o Experience of large and complex construction projects o A minimum of 5 years post qualification Quantity Surveying experience (RICS or equivalent) o Experience of using various standard contract forms and procurement routes (particularly design and build and traditional) o Experience of managing budgets and delivering on time to cost and quality This is a great opportunity to go into a company which is loyal and looks after there employees by developing and training individuals with a superb chance for progression in a professional environment.
