| Continuity & Operations Co-ordinator- Northampton Key words - Business and IT Continuity and Operations Co-ordinator, ITIL ITIL aware Continuity and Operations Co-ordinator is required for a highly prestigious organisation based in Northampton. You shall be working closely with the Infrastructure Mgr and the Operations Mgr to implement a company wide business continuity plan and ensure it is properly understood, tested and working throughout the company. The successful candidate will be ITIL certified, a lot of the work initially involved will be ensuring that ITIL procedures are properly adopted and implemented throughout the company. You shall be the key point of liaison between the IT department and other areas of the business and you shall ensure that QA is adhered to across the support and development teams. We are looking for a creative and IT/business focused individual, you should have Project Management skills (perhaps even hold a Prince 2 certification) have a good attention to detail, be an effective team player, delegator and have good all round IT / ICT skills.
