Candidate – Summary
We are looking for an experienced administrator preferably from within a customer service environment.
Able to work to individual performance targets with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate over the telephone and by letter customers who may be in distress.
Must be competent in the use of MS-Office (excel and word)
Main Duties
• Assess income and expenditures
• Liaise with customers via telephone or letter
• Draft annual reports to creditors, clients and courts
• Do initial reviews of files to ensure all correct documentation is present
• Deal with land registry offices and complete correct paperwork
• Complete financial statements
• General office administration
Personal Qualities
• Ability to work to targets
• Ability to communicate well both by letter and over the telephone
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
Specific Skills
Basic level use of MS-Excel and MS-Word

Job Details
• Successful candidates will be based in Fairclough House, Adlington
• Starting salary - £11,500 for the probationary period, rising to £12,000 once the probationary period is complete – typically after three months.
