A rapidly emerging company in the Blackpool area has an opportunity for a Supervisor to take control of a team of 8 people. Reporting to the Billings Manager, the main duties will include
To manage a team of Billing Assistants
Monitoring individual performance within the team.
Identify training, job coaching needs for team members referring to HR and Training where appropriate
To be proactive in keeping up to date with current Billing Business e.g. new streams of business, rate changes ect
To maintain accurate error and volume reports and work with organisational colleagues to minimise the instances of errors.
To ensure that billing pending cases are kept to a minimum and resolve any problematic older cases with agreed processes.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with the drive and determination to exceed targets, coupled with sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Team Management experience is essential and Some Billing/Credit Control experience would be beneficial.
