1. Pre-Screening: We identify graduates, both in our current database and in the wider market, who meet all the criteria you have outlined.
2. Vetting: We meet with the candidates personally, who we think best meet your requirements, in order assess them further, understand what motivates them and how they will perform in the role.
We look specifically for things not evident in the CV: The personality, aspirations, even the way a candidate conducts and presents themselves. In addition, if you have any particular requirements, we would ensure that a significant portion of our interview was dedicated to the needs you had specified, to ascertain the level and standard of the candidate’s ability.
3. Shortlisting: After vetting the candidates, we would reduce the field to what our consultants consider the best candidates. We would then contact you with a synopsis of the candidates we have chosen, and why we consider them to be right for you.
4. Confirmation: If the shortlist meets with your approval – we will confirm interview arrangements with you, and send you biographies of the candidates for your appraisal.
5. Meeting: We will invite you to come to our offices at a date and time of your choosing: This will give you the chance to meet the candidates in person, and form your own impressions – it will also allow us to share our impressions with you, and help to further refine the decision process.
6. Training: If you wish to procure our training services, we will ensure that all candidates forwarded to you are given intensive sales training to prepare them to assume their role immediately. Training will focus on developing core sales skills which will reduce the need for expensive induction or training packages, and helps to optimize the skills already targeted by our selection process.
7. Placement: All being well, we will have presented you with the candidate you are looking for, and they will be available for you straight away.
In addition to our “No Placement, No Fee” policy, we also offer a guarantee period of eight weeks, which means that, if for whatever reason, you are not convinced that once placed, a candidate is right for you – we will replace them, or offer you a credit note.
