Formed in 1999, this proactive Recruitment Company has established itself as one of the main suppliers of catering staff in the North West area. AWOL is the market leader in supplying temporary chefs and managers within their region. They also recruit, select and place permanent staff nationally.
AWOL places candidates across the entire Catering spectrum, with positions ranging from Trainee Junior Chefs, Housekeepers, Kitchen Porters and Chefs de Partie through to Pastry Chefs, Sous Chefs and Head Chefs and other senior titles including Development Chefs, Head and Executive Chefs.
The Company Directors are a husband and wife team who operate the Business as a Limited Company. James Brown is a Master Chef of Great Britain with 15 year’s trade experience at all levels. Kim Martin Brown BA (Hons), PGCE has extensive hands on catering and business experience. The AWOL management team is housed in its own town centre offices.
