The business was formed in February 1989 and commenced trading from an old mill in Preston, supplying mainly HGV, Commercial Vehicle Drivers and general blue collar workers to local transport and distribution companies.
In March 1997 the business became incorporated under West Coast Recruitment Limited. The company continued to grow and in 2003 opened its new office in Blackpool.
The company then adopted the trading name of Fylde Employment Services to identify with the local area. In August 2003 our office in Burscough opened and in early 2004 had expanded to such an extent larger premises had to be found to accommodate the growth in business On 25 February the company re-located in Bootle.
The Blackburn office opened in March 2004 and all offices are trading beyond all expectations. Today the company has expanded into other areas of the recruitment market and now supply a range of services including Industrial Professional and Commercial, Temporary and Permanent. The company also boast an extensive portfolio of large blue chip clients.
All offices are owner managed and each department is assigned dedicated consultants with specialist knowledge in their field, so the client really can rely on the best service possible.
