The Company Directors are a husband and wife team who operate the Business as a Limited Company. James Brown is a Master Chef of Great Britain with 15 year’s trade experience at all levels. Kim Martin Brown BA (Hons), PGCE has extensive hands on catering and business experience. The AWOL management team is housed in its own town centre offices.
